Shipping policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message along with tracking details.

Delivery Time
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location:

  • Karachi: 1–3 working days

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.): 2–4 working days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–6 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout. From time to time, Maze may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via SMS or email so you can monitor your shipment status in real time.

Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will typically make 2–3 delivery attempts. Please ensure your contact number and address are correct to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our support team within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos. Our team will assist you with a replacement or resolution as per our return and warranty policy.
